Who we are
schoolapp.tech is a school management system (a school ERP) that runs in the web browser. It brings the daily work of a school into one place: students and classes, fees and receipts, attendance, online exams, transport with GPS, hostel, library, staff and payroll, accounts, admission enquiries, leave, and messages to parents. schoolapp.tech is run by DMSync Infotech.
Why we built it
Most schools keep their work in many places: a fee register, an attendance register, an exam file, a bus list, a hostel notebook and a pile of Excel sheets. The same child is written down again and again, the numbers never match, and the office spends its day finding things. We built schoolapp.tech so that a school enters each thing once and every part of the system uses it.

Students and classes
Admission, full student history, class lists, ID cards, Excel import and one-click active or inactive.
Fees and accounts
Part-wise fees, discounts, scholarships, cheques, late fees, online payment, ledger, day book and expense reports.
Attendance and leave
Students and staff, by phone or biometric machine, with shifts, holidays and leave that approves into the attendance.
Exams and report cards
Online multiple choice exams, results, ranks and printable report cards.
Transport, hostel and library
Buses with live GPS, hostel rooms and fees, and a library with lending and fines.
Parents and staff
Alerts on WhatsApp, SMS and email, staff profiles, payroll and role-wise access.
How we work
- Simple first. Every page is made so that a new person can find their way without training. One-click actions, clear words, a dashboard made for each job.
- Your school's data is your school's. Each school sees only its own records. You can download a copy of everything whenever you want, and we never sell data or show advertising. Read our Data Policy.
- Your money goes straight to you. Parents pay online through the school's own payment gateway account. Hostel, library and other money moves through your own cash and bank accounts, so the books always match.
- Made for India. Part-wise fees, scholarships and government schemes, GR numbers, UPI and cheques, and school-time shifts are part of the system, not an afterthought.
- Honest about what we do. We tell you plainly what is included in a plan, what a message costs, and what we do with your data. Our Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy are written in plain words.
Who uses schoolapp.tech
Small schools with a few hundred children and large schools with buses, a hostel and several shifts. CBSE, ICSE and State board schools. Principals, front office staff, accountants, teachers, wardens and librarians each get their own view of the school.
